Machineries moved to the New Building

After 8 months since when we purchased our new 4.000 sqm building, now it starts being refilled!

The hot stamping line Nr. 11 has been installed.

December 2021: this new stamping line, composed by a mechanical press 350 ton and a new gas heated billet furnace, completes the investments of the year.

A new automatic hot stamping line with 360 tons capacity

In November 2021 a new investment, aimed at enlarging the hot forging capacity of Bonpress has been completed: a new automatic hot stamping line with 360 tons capacity has been put into operation.

A new automatic cold trimming cell put into operation

A new automatic forged parts trimming unit has been put into operation in September 2021, in order to always better serve the customers.

The advantages of brass forging

New 4,000 SQM building

July 2021. In order to follow up on the growth of recent years, a new 4000 m2 production site was acquired, which will house some production departments and the warehouse for products to be shipped.

A new automatic hot forging line to increase production capacity

April 2021. A brand-new hot forging line has been installed in our forging factory. It is made up by an automatic gas furnace and a 360 ton continuous cycle forging press.

Bonpress renovates the quality certification ISO9001 till 2023

In accordance with our tradition of quality in every process we undertake to satisfy our customers, our company has achieved the renovation of the ISO 9001 quality system.

Integrated system to collect and process the data coming from production: Revolution 4.0 starts at Bonpress.

06 May 2020. Today it is officially kicking-off our brand-new integrated system to collect and process the data coming from our 9 forging presses and 5 cutting machines.

The role of products’ identification in our process

We at Bonpress Brass Forging wanted to take a further step in the continuous improvement of our level of service and our quality: with the introduction of labels to grant the identification of the brass forged products in each box.

Here is an example of what our largest press is capable of forging!

Our Mecolpress SEO/44 CVE-CS allows us in this case to forge a 3.5 kg brass part, with two 70 mm diameter coring pins that penetrate the piece for a total of 80 mm
